One-on-one personal training, online coaching, and strength training

One-on-one personal training

If you’re really looking to transform your body with training and nutrition tailored to your needs and schedule one-on-one personal training is your best option.

Professionals are best suited for personal training as you’ll have my total attention focusing on you. My gym is a small intimate atmosphere with a great variety of equipment to keep your body getting results. No boring machines.

If you have a busy schedule and need a trainer at 9am, noon or 8pm then that is also part of personal training. Everything is tailored for your needs.

Small group personal training

If you feel you would do better reaching your goals with the support of a few people but still don’t like large classes then small group personal training would be a great fit for you.

Groups are normally 2-6 people with circuit and interval style training using free weights and body weight training. Some people tend to perform better in a group setting and also don’t feel singled out.

Classes are full or energy and a great way to meet your fitness goals. If training one-on-one is not in your budget group training is also a better option with classes starting at $25 per class it’s affordable on any budget.

Online coaching is a great option for anyone that would rather workout on their own, but needs help with science based training and nutrition to achieve their goals. I have a variety of training plans created by myself with over a decade of experience. Among my training plans are: advanced strength training, bodybuilding, lifestyle home workouts, HIIT interval, fat burning and toning for men and women.

All training plans are available at one flat price for coaching. I will also create a custom meal plan depending on your metabolism, weight and fitness goals. Along with workouts and nutrition I include weekly check-ins via email to make adjustments and track your progress. I also give my clients access to me via text 5 days a week. I’ll support you every step of the way
