My gym is a small intimate atmosphere with a great variety of equipment to keep your body getting results. No boring machines. If you have a busy schedule and need a trainer at 9am, noon or 8pm then that is also part of Metro Detroit personal training. Everything is tailored for your needs. We have clients from all over, including Royal Oak, Madison Heights, Troy, Birmingham and more!

Small group personal training

If you feel you would do better reaching your goals with the support of a few people but still don't like large classes then small group personal training would be a great fit for you.

Groups are normally 2-6 people with circuit and interval style training using free weights and body weight training. Some people tend to perform better in a group setting and also don't feel singled out.

Metro Detroit Personal Training Group Classes are full or energy and a great way to meet your fitness goals. If training one-on-one is not in your budget group training is also a better option with classes starting at $25 per class it's affordable on any budget.
